Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Download MotoAlly from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and sign up with your email or Google account. You’ll be asked for your name, email, and a few profile details.

Is MotoAlly free to use?

Yes. The core app is free. Some features or in-app purchases (e.g. in the store) may have their own pricing. Download and create an account at no cost.

Account & Profile

How do I change my profile picture or details?

Open the app, go to your profile (usually via the profile icon or menu), tap Edit Profile, and update your photo, name, or other details. Changes save automatically.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap “Forgot password” and enter the email linked to your account. You’ll receive a link to reset your password. If you signed in with Google, use Google’s account recovery.

Rides

How do I create or join a ride?

To create a ride: tap Create Ride, add the name, route, date, and other details. To join: browse upcoming rides, pick one, and tap Join. You may need to add your contact and emergency contact details.

What is an E-Pass?

An E-Pass is your digital participation pass for a ride. It links your registration to that ride and may be used for check-in or verification by the organiser.

Tracking & Location

Why does the app need my location?

Location is used to show you nearby rides and points of interest, and during active rides to track your route, distance, and speed so you and your group can see progress and stay coordinated. We only use background location when you’re on an active ride.

Can I use the app without sharing location?

You can use many features without location. If you turn off location in your device settings, ride tracking and some map-based features may not work fully.

Store & Payments

How do I pay for store orders?

We use Razorpay for payments. At checkout you can pay by card, UPI, or other methods offered. We don’t store your full card details on our servers.

How do I track my order or get a refund?

Check your order history in the app. For shipping updates or refunds, contact us at the email below with your order details and we’ll assist you.

Safety & Privacy

How is my data protected?

We use HTTPS, secure authentication, and access controls. For full details on what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at the email below and request account deletion. We’ll process it in line with our privacy policy and any legal retention requirements.
